To get some extra money in this tough economy.  I do piecework for a company that does a sort of search engine marketing.  London to Phoenix to Honolulu, businesses are looking to this new way of getting their business name out to the public.

Marketing services in London and here and just about everywhere are looking to get the company names to come up on search engines near the top, if not higher!  It’s a matter of somehow getting your company to show up on the results page when people type in any one of a number of search keywords.  And there are companies out there willing to pay bucks to those who know how to make this happen.  And it doesn’t stop there.  From blogging to article reviews to just getting those URL’s pasted onto as many places on the internet as possible, this marketing strategy is gaining new ground and popularity all the time.

I’m not sure of the formal name of it all-maybe “internet positioning.”  Anyway, I’m lucky that I get to be a part of it. I’m a little stuck at home with my two year-old, and I type quickly.  So this is a great way to pick up a few extra bucks for the summer.
