My whole life, I have never been a big fan of hot tubs. They always seemed to make my skin itchy and I was just not the type of person who liked the heat all that much. Given the choice, I would take skiing in the mountains over a tropical resort any day. That was just the type of person I was and I did not think anything was ever going to change it.

Then, I met Andrew. He quickly became the love of my life and his absolute favorite thing to do was to sit in a hot tub and relax. He had one in his back yard and he could be found sitting in it pretty much any night after dinner. I finally gave up and decided to join him.

I can honestly say that I am reformed. I still like to keep the temperature a bit lower, but I have had some of the best conversations in my life while sitting in that cal spa. I won’t go as far as to say that it is my favorite activity, but Andrew continues to be my favorite person and I would do anything for him.
