Starting small through targeted marketing is good because that means you’ve got room to expand.

Yes, I agree. Sometimes spending a lot doesn’t work because you never know if you’re reaching your target market.

Mailing lists are affordable and easy on the budget. If I use them and they work easily, then it’s all worth it.
