One of the things that I like to pride myself on is that I am not like everyone else.  Now, I am not trying to tell you that I have an inflated ego or anything, but merely state that I look at the world in a different fashion than most people – I see opportunity everywhere.

That means that even though we are in the middle of a recession that I am still making money.  Thanks to the real estate investment training courses that I have taken over the years, I have the knowledge that I have needed to continue to make money even in the middle of these tough economic times.

In fact, my coach from a real estate investment coaching program that I took years ago told me that you can make even more money when the stock market and the economy is collapsing.

And he was right.

So far this year I have seen my profits triple and we haven’t even made it to the end of the year yet.  With the increased revenue, I have had the opportunity to be even more philanthropic than I have been in the past, and I have donated more than one million dollars to charity this year.

So is it okay to stand out from the crowd?  You bet.
