I am in the marketing to purchase online project management software and I am confused. Actually, I am confused because there are so many different types of quality programs available that I have too many to choose from. Taking the budget out of the picture, since several of the project management software programs I am considering are around the same price point, what else should one consider when investing in these products?  From my standpoint, several things are crucial to consider.

One of the most important for me is project time tracking. I need to know, down to the minute, how much time has been invested in any one project. This allows for better computing of fees and payment to employees. It also helps me to access project fees for later projects. In addition to this, I am looking for a product that allows for simple and fast integration. When it comes to training employees, I am not one that wants to spend too much time on this aspect. For these needs, and any others that you may think of, what type of project software would you recommend? I am looking at reviews and comparing features closely here to make the right decision.
