National statistics and Mediation

Divorce in Arizona mirrors the national statistics that about half of all divorces end in divorce. Second and third marriages also account for half of all divorces in Arizona. In law school, you can study to be a divorce attorney. You take specialized classes for this subject so that when it comes to the dissolution of a marriage you are properly trained and educated. Lawyers in Arizona, specifically in Scottsdale, have a lot of divorcing couples. However, some of these couples are looking to have a divorce without lawyers in Scottsdale. It is at this point that divorce mediation comes into play.
Divorce mediation is another way to resolve the goods of a marriage without entering into the judicial system. Mediation offers a way for couples to be a part of the decision making process of their union coming apart. Often a mediator will help the couple solutions as to how their married life will be split up. This includes everything from physical goods, to custody of children, as well as spousal support if necessary. By not being a part of the court system, the divorce can move relatively quickly and hopefully without any hiccups. Mediation is a way to offer that to all.
